The proteins contained in foods of animal origin, especially in the liver and seafood, contribute to the regulation of intellectual ability and mood.
Some studies show that a diet rich in carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, flour, milk, cereals) helps relieve anxiety.
A good diet should include an adequate supply of minerals under the benefits they provide to the agency. Calcium, for example, involved in the transmission of nerve impulses, iron affects the performance and oxygen delivery to cells, and zinc appears to be related to the activity of neurotransmitters. Food For The Brain -part 2-
For the improvement of memory follow these tips:
* Eating foods that contain sodium and manganese
* Take vitamin B complex with RNA
* Tonic made with juices of carrot, celery, prunes with a little rice flour
* Infusion of rosemary and sage
* Eat nuts and raisins. see heading and you will see a nut that is inside a brain similar in appearance, but more importantly, there is an amino acid important for memory that is only found in nuts and raisins
